Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective companies directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective companies to you. All products under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy
Return/Replacement
In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. For some brand manufacturing defects customer should approach that brand service centre. Damaged and defective products while receiving, and manufacturer warranty products are only eligible for return/replacement policy.
Refund
If order could not be delivered due to some technical issues within the mentioned period or above 5 working days, customer is eligible to cancel the order and can raise for refund under certain policy (refund payment return policy). If ordered product is in open condition during delivery then customer should not accept it, in case of accepting the order then that order will not be eligible for refund/replacement policy If a manufacturer warranty product could not be replaced due to lag of stock then the subject will be replaced with some other product or their payment will be refunded
Refund payment return policy
The refund will be processed to the same account from which it is taken, if refund to pay could not be transferred to the certain account due to some banking issues then the customer needs to provide alternate account through your registered mail id to our mail id (customercare@thamizharassy.in)
